Entry in to UAE

Boyce Activated Carbon establishes sales offices in Dubai, starts supplying to some of the largest water and sewage treatment plants in the UAE. We signed a long-term contract with Dow Chemicals to supply 1200MT of Activated Carbon annually.

Started selling Coconut Shell based Activated Charcoal and Carbon

Boyce Starts Activated Carbon Manufacturing Units in Tamil Nadu, India

After introducing Coconut Shell based Activated Carbon, Boyce establishes a manufacturing unit in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Prepared a coconut shell selling cluster in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu India.

Dedicates unit for the manufacturing of Coconut Shell based Activated Carbon for the Middle East and African markets.

Procurement Centre in Sri Lanka

Boyce starts a procurement centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka. One of the largest Coconut producing nations in the world.

Boyce Activated Carbon establishes a sourcing office in Sri Lanka to source high-quality coconut shells for manufacturing charcoal, as the Sri Lankan Coconut Shell is harder and has a higher Iodine value.

During the year sign’s a contract with a few coconut clusters around Colombo to supply volumes of Shell and covered the pricing for the whole year, this protected the customers from variable pricing.

Contract Manufacturing in Malaysia

Boyce establishes contract manufacturing units in Malaysia for Palm Shell based Activated Carbon.
